Diversified Search Adds Healthcare Practice Managing Director
June 23, 2015 – Neysa Dillon-Brown has joined Diversified Search in Atlanta as managing director of the firm’s healthcare practice. Ms. Dillon-Brown is an experienced and highly respected search consultant with broad and deep national relationships with senior executives and emerging leaders in healthcare systems around the country. She has an impressive portfolio of clients in the academic, healthcare delivery, association and community hospital sectors where she has a track record of identifying, cultivating and matching leaders in dynamic and complex environments. As a managing director in Diversified Search’s healthcare practice Ms. Dillon-Brown plans on partnering with academic medical centers, healthcare systems and national health networks to place professionals into leaders roles.
For the past 10 years, Ms. Dillon-Brown has been with executive search firm Desir Group LLC, most recently serving as president of it’s executive search practice. Prior to that, she spent five years with the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, an AHA affiliate, and SUNY Health Science Center of Brooklyn. She also served as a senior consultant with the Center for Diversity in Health Research, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Foundation and Pro Health Inc., a healthcare consulting firm.

Ms. Dillon-Brown has served on a number of community boards and is also active in professional associations, previously serving on the board of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), including president, Atlanta Chapter of NAHSE, and the local Regent’s advisory council (Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives) for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
