DHR Names Global Real Estate Practice Leader
September 23, 2015 – Former CTPartners recruiter Martin Nass has joined DHR International as managing partner and global real estate practice leader. He will be based out of the firm’s New York office.
With 35 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience, Mr. Nass has maintained long standing relationships with leading investment management firms, REIT’s, institutional investors, private equity real estate companies, asset management, advisory, development and pension fund companies. Previously, he served as a partner and leader of the global real estate practice at CTPartners. Prior to that, he held the same role with Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nass was a senior partner with Highland Partners and Korn Ferry. He has executed searches for clients in the U.S., Europe, Australia, Asia, China and Latin America.
DHR’s real estate practice spans Asia, Europe, MENA, Latin and North America, and includes public and private owners of real estate, diversified financial services and mortgage banking companies, global real estate services firms, private equity and institutional investment management companies. The firm completes engagements in a variety of real estate arenas including direct equity investments and development, strategic planning and financial analysis, construction, asset and facilities management, hospitality/resort, and all areas related to debt/equity/CMBS and mortgage banking.
