DHR Global Adds New Partner in Singapore

June 1, 2026 – Talent advisory firm DHR Global has expanded with the addition of Veronique Denis-Pelliet as a partner in its technology and retail & consumer practices in Singapore. A seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience in executive search, ESG leadership, sales, and international business development, Ms. Denis-Pelliet has led multicultural teams and driven growth in Southeast Asia, China, Europe, and Singapore. “Her deep expertise, agility, and resilience have made her a trusted adviser for organizations in complex global markets,” DHR said.
Ms. Denis-Pelliet rejoins DHR with prior experience at the firm and a background spanning executive search, leadership consulting, and international business development across Asia and Europe. Most recently, she served as client partner and head of ESG practice, Asia-Pacific, at global talent advisory firm Pedersen & Partners.
Reflective of her professional accomplishments, the French government appointed Ms. Denis-Pelliet to a three-year term as a trade adviser in 2013. Currently, she is president of the French Foreign Trade Advisors Singapore Committee. She received the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite in 2021 for her contributions to business and trade.

DHR also recently named Jessica Bayer as managing partner, Washington, D.C. Ms. Bayer brings deep expertise advising organizations on senior-level talent across corporate affairs, communications, and public affairs functions. Since joining DHR, she has played a central role in building and expanding the firm’s corporate affairs & communications practice, partnering with clients to identify leaders who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive organizational impact.
Ms. Bayer has more than two decades of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, with a focus on corporate communications, government affairs, investor relations, and marketing leadership roles. Prior to joining DHR Global, she spent over five years as an executive director at a communications-focused executive search firm Patino Associates. Earlier in her career, she served as vice president of U.S. talent acquisition at a leading global public relations agency, where she led senior-level recruitment across multiple sectors, including corporate, healthcare, technology, financial, and consumer.
