DHR Fills Post for Southern University System

August 31, 2010 – DHR International has placed Dr. Ronald Mason as president of the Southern University System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Southern University System is the nation’s only historically black university system with five campuses throughout the State of Louisiana. Robert Clayton, executive vice president, Dr. Merritt Norvell, executive vice president and global head of the education practice group, along with the assistance of Michelle Counter, principal of the firm’s nonprofit practice, managed the search for DHR. Dr. Mason has been the president of Jackson State University for the past 10 years. Founded in 1989, DHR International is headquartered in Chicago and has more than 50 offices worldwide.
