Coulter Partners Names Managing Director for Morristown Office

June 10, 2015 – Search firm Coulter Partners has named Shawn O’Connor as managing director of its U.S. business and head of the firm’s newly opened office in Morristown, NJ. With 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, he brings a unique perspective, focusing on senior executive and direct report-level assignments within the life sciences sector.

With extensive experience in leading and driving business results in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and consumer products industries, Mr. O’Connor focuses on aligning senior management teams, and developing succession planning processes, recruiting strategies & executive development. Mr. O’Connor previously served as global head of life sciences at Allegis Partners and president of RSA Americas, where he established and managed its life sciences recruiting practice in the U.S.

Prior to entering executive search, Mr. O’Connor served as vice president, human resources at Johnson & Johnson, where he worked for 18 years. Additionally, he has significant corporate experience with other Fortune 50 companies, including Nabisco, and GE.
