Corporate Resource Services Acquires Summit Software

May 7, 2013 – Corporate Resource Services, Inc., a diversified staffing, recruiting, and consulting services firm, has acquired Summit Software, a division of Tri-Tel Communications, Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
