November 23, 2015 – Executive search firm Conley Search Group has added Peter Hamilton as a managing director in Boston.
“I have known Peter for over seven years and he is a respected advisor, confidant, and leader. We are very excited to have Peter join our growing business,” said Kevin Conley, president and CEO. Mr. Hamilton specializes in recruiting senior executives for companies and non-profits nationwide.
He previously founded and led Hamilton & Co. Executive Search. He also served as a teacher and senior administrator in two Boston-area independent schools, Dexter School in Brookline and Noble and Greenough School in Dedham. He was a senior development officer at Nobles, where he used a research-based approach to fundraising and worked closely with executives from private equity, hedge funds, commercial real estate, asset management, bio-technology, healthcare, and higher education to secure financial support for a variety of building projects and endowment initiatives on behalf of the School’s capital campaign.
