Calibre One Expands Search Staff

July 30, 2019 – Executive search firm Calibre One has expanded with the addition of David P. Madden as a partner in its Menlo Park office. Mr. Madden will further strengthen the firm’s global technology practice and co-lead the Calibre One’s broader expansion into serving private equity owned technology assets.

Mr. Madden has more than a decade of executive search expertise with a focus on growth phase, privately held technology companies. At Calibre One, he will continue to partner with board of directors, CEO’s and their management teams, ranging in size from working with founders and ventures investors on new business concepts to helping provide the leadership and gravitas necessary to attract senior executives to private equity owned companies.

Mr. Madden’s functional focus will continue to be general management and go to market (sales & marketing) roles, reporting directly to the CEO (or board of directors) within the technology market place. He has a specific expertise in enterprise software, big data & analytics, artificial intelligence, and FinTech.

Previously, Mr. Madden was a partner with DHR International, where he was an active member of the firm’s technology and private equity practices. He partnered with board of directors, CEOs and their management teams to improve company performance. A few notable clients include Adaptive Insights, Automation Anywhere, Avetta, GEDigital, Forcepoint, JDA, MariaDB, Mercury Payment Systems, Tivo, QuanticMind and Visa. Before that, Mr. Madden led the sales and marketing practice at Lonergan Partners.  A few of his assignments in this role include senior placements at Twelvefold Media, Lantronix, Payfone, Language Line Services and BPCBanking Technologies.
