Caldwell Adds Partner in Dubai
April 9, 2026 – Toronto-headquartered Caldwell has added Domenic Falzarano as a partner in the firm’s consumer practice. Based in Dubai, his appointment strengthens Caldwell’s capabilities across the consumer, events, entertainment, sports, and tourism sectors in the Middle East. “We’re delighted to welcome Domenic to Caldwell,” said Chris Beck, chief executive officer. “His nearly two decades of experience in the Middle East, coupled with his leadership in building and scaling executive search operations across the region, will further strengthen our presence in a strategically important market. Mr. Falzarano brings nearly two decades of executive search and leadership advisory experience in the region, with deep expertise across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He partners with a wide range of organizations, including sovereign wealth funds, government entities, family-owned groups, multinational corporations, sports clubs, and major event platforms, delivering senior-level and C-suite appointments that support national transformation agendas and high-growth businesses.

Mr. Falzarano previously spent nearly 20 years with PageGroup, where he was part of the early team that established the firm’s Dubai office and later led its Saudi Arabia business. Most recently, he served as head of Page Executive for the Middle East and Africa and was a member of the global board.

Prior to joining Caldwell, Dr. Themel was a partner in the healthcare and life sciences practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Coulter Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in life sciences, with offices around the globe.
