BIE Executive Adds Operations Director

June 16, 2014 – Executive search firm BIE Executive has added Marc Sigrist as operations director. Mr. Sigrist was most recently with Badenoch & Clarke UK, where he was responsible for overhauling the firm’s performance management system. He brings a range of skills including board level participation and project delivery, growing, training and coaching recruitment teams across multiple sectors and incorporating LEAN principles. “We’re thrilled to have secured the services of someone with Marc’s outstanding track record. In a separate announcement, BIE recently named James Wilson as a consultant to the firm’s finance team. Mr. Wilson joins the firm from Kennedy Pearce Consulting, where he worked with a number of high profile clients, from SMEs to FTSE listed businesses.
