March 2, 2026 – New York City-based executive search firm Bay Street Advisors has expanded with the addition of Patrick Hurley as a managing director and head of the infrastructure practice, further strengthening the firm’s senior leadership team and expanding its capabilities across middle- and back-office leadership search.

Mr. Hurley brings more than 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience, working across banking, hedge funds, and private markets. He has deep expertise in identifying and placing senior leaders across finance, operations, risk, compliance, and other critical middle and back office functions that support scale, governance, and performance. Mr. Hurley is founding partner of Blackwood Associates, a firm specializing in providing senior talent to top tier buy and sell side firms within the financial services sector.
In his role as managing director with Bay Street Advisors, Mr. Hurley will partner with private equity sponsors, asset managers, investment banks, and portfolio company leadership teams to deliver senior-level search and advisory engagements, helping organizations build and strengthen their operational and financial leadership infrastructure.
