Amrop Opens New Office in Luxembourg

January 8, 2021 – Global recruiting organization Amrop has opened a new office in Luxembourg. Gabriela Nguyen-Groza joins Amrop as managing partner to lead the new location.

“Opening a new office in Luxembourg fits our firm’s global development and responds to a growing demand from our clients. Luxembourg is a strategic hub,” said Annika Farin, chair of the global Amrop Partnership. “It has a robust economy, thriving research and development, and hosts the EMEA headquarters of many leading multinationals. Amrop is now the only global partnership of its kind with a local footprint in Luxembourg.”

“Gabriela Nguyen-Groza’s drive, track record and entrepreneurial spirit bring the necessary foundations to forge links across borders, serving demand for local and international talent, and leadership advisory services,” Ms. Farin said.

Ms. Nguyen-Groza has 12 years of expertise in the local market, first in financial services and then delivering executive search and leadership advisory at C-suite and board-level. Having earned a master’s degree in political science at Sorbonne University (Paris), she began her career in France in communications (including the Ministry of Defence, World Food Program, European Commission Representation in Paris and Dr. Pierre Ricaud cosmetics). She moved to Luxembourg to focus on investment consulting for ULB Consult. In 2018, she started the Luxembourg office of Korn Ferry, before founding her own firm in the domain. She is fluent in French, English, Romanian, Italian and Spanish.

“A value-based and vibrant partnership with our colleagues at Amrop will enable us to co-evolve and grow partnerships with Luxembourg’s neighbors and beyond,” said Ms. Nguyen-Groza. “Amrop has 60 offices worldwide and this international presence and mindset will allow us to serve clients all over the world in a seamless and agile way.”
