Amrop Adds Member Firm in Germany

February 12, 2016 – Amrop, a partnership of recruiting firms operating from 83 offices in 57 countries throughout Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, has added Anhalt Executive Search in Germany as its newest member firm.
With offices in Berlin, Duesseldorf, Hamburg and Munich, this latest Amrop member is a newly-created firm led by three senior business owners, all established practitioners in executive search, leadership and board consulting.
Sabine von Anhalt, based in Berlin, has worked for global companies in the pharmaceutical industry and in consulting for 25 years. She is recognized in the German and European market as a leading life sciences recruiting experts. Assignments she’s worked on vary from global and national management positions to highly specialized roles in medical, R&D to drug registration, and operations. She formerly gained search experience with Korn Ferry.
Based in Hamburg, Annika Farin has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, industry, and executive search. She has conducted senior work, including post-merger integration, senior executive review processes and the establishment of talent management platforms in client organizations. She started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. and thereafter held two senior executive positions in corporate HR with Infineon Technologies and Tchibo.
Ulrich Beckendorff, based in Duesseldorf, has over 18 years of executive search experience. His consulting practice encompasses work for top management levels in automotive and engineered products & systems engineering, transport & logistics, and professional services.
Germany is the largest national economy in Europe, the fourth-largest by nominal GDP in the world. Well-known companies in the country include Mercedes-Benz, BMW, SAP, Siemens, Volkswagen, Adidas, Audi, Allianz, Porsche, Bayer, BASF, Bosch, and Nivea.
