Allegis Partners Further Expands HR Practice

October 22, 2015 – Global executive search firm Allegis Partners has added Robert Lambert as a managing director in the firm’s human resources practice at its Orange County office. Mr. Lambert joins the firm from Morgan Samuels, where he was a senior client partner.

Previously, he led his own consultancy, Lambert Consulting Partners (LCP), which provided talent management and strategic human capital advisory services to CEO’s, boards and other key executives. He also spent many years in various management roles at CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles.

Mr. Lambert’s clients have been both public and private corporations, family-owned businesses as well as private equity and venture capital firms. Major client engagements include Starbucks, Microsoft, Nike, REI, Patagonia, Seagate, eTrade, Broadcom, Quantum, Constellation Brands, Goldman Sachs, Carrefour, Sequoia Capital, General Atlantic Partners and Kleiner Perkins. His career background includes HR roles with PepsiCo, The Stride Rite Corporation and Broadway Stores.
