Alexander Hughes Expands in Paris

February 4, 2025 – Paris-headquartered search firm Alexander Hughes has added David Epstein to its Paris office to lead consulting teams as managing director. “We are delighted to welcome David Epstein to our firm,” said Julien Rozet, CEO of Alexander Hughes. “Supported by an ambitious and motivated team, he will contribute to the growth of our group while consolidating our position as experts in the global recruitment market.”
As an expert in strategy, transformation and operational governance, Mr. Epstein will lead the development of new business opportunities with a team of experienced consultants and will place the quality of services provided to clients at the center of his priorities.
With international experience gained with global leaders such as Alvarez & Marsal, PwC, BDO, Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, CGI, IBM and Xerox, Mr. Epstein has provided strategic solutions to companies in a variety of sectors, including information technology, manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications and financial services.

Mr. Marin has a track record of senior management and consultancy roles with major companies. Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, he spent 16 years in consulting, working closely with CEOs and their teams on national and international strategies. A seasoned expert in the retail sector, Mr. Marin has worked for market leaders such as Darty, Casino and Intersport, where he was appointed deputy managing director.
