AESC Adds Four New Member Firms

May 27, 2010 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has added B.E. Smith in the U.S., Cornfeld Ltd. in Switzerland, Executive Network in Poland and IMS Talent in Finland as its newest member firms. B. E. Smith is a provider of executive search services to healthcare organizations. The firm is led by Kathy Noland and was founded in 1978. Cornfeld Ltd. is a retained executive search boutique, founded in 1996 by Harry Houthuijse, with a focus on machinery, technology, chemical, logistics and consumer goods industries. Executive Network, a member of the IMD International Search Group, was founded by Daniel Lewczuk and operates in several sectors including FMCG, banking, IT/telco, pharma and industry. IMS Talent, also a member of the IMD International Search Group, was founded by Mimma Silvennoinen in 1986 and predominately works in following sectors: manufacturing, professional services, retail, travel, medical, FMCG and ICT.
