Founded in 2011, Agilium Worldwide Italy is a generalist search firm focused on the Italian market, with expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, new technologies & digital economy, energy & utilities, FMCG, construction & infrastructure, insurance, industry and public administration. Alder Koten, based in Texas, Mexico, and Colombia, was founded in 2011 by Silvia Flores. Alder Koten helps clients acquire, develop and transition leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services. Its practice areas include energy, aerospace and aviation, automotive and land vehicles and life sciences. Alemany & Partners, based in Madrid, conducts C-level engagements for clients in Spain and Latin-America. The firm was founded in 2012 by former managing director of Korn/Ferry (Spain and Portugal), Carlos Alemany, and mainly operates in the retail, technology and industry sectors. Based in Warsaw and first established in 1999 as a selection business, Central Executive Placement was transformed in 2010 by Krzysztof Chętkowski into a recruiting firm specializing in senior executive search in the CEE region to serve international clients in financial services and insurance, real estate, retail & consumer, technology, media, telecom, energy and industrial sectors. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, EXEC – Executive Performance was originally founded in 2009 by Rodrigo Foz Forte and Carlos Eduardo Altona.
