AESC Adds Eight New Member Firms

May 6, 2013 – The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has added Agilium Worldwide Italy, Alder Koten, Alemany & Partners, Central Executive Placement, EXEC, Hobson Leavy, Rasd and Ward Howell Asia as its newest member firms. Founded in 2011, Agilium Worldwide Italy is a generalist search firm focused on the Italian market, with expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, new technologies & digital economy, energy & utilities, FMCG, construction & infrastructure, insurance, industry and public administration. Alder Koten, based in Texas, Mexico, and Colombia, was founded in 2011 by Silvia Flores. Alder Koten helps clients acquire, develop and transition leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services. Its practice areas include energy, aerospace and aviation, automotive and land vehicles and life sciences. Alemany & Partners, based in Madrid, conducts C-level engagements for clients in Spain and Latin-America. The firm was founded in 2012 by former managing director of Korn/Ferry (Spain and Portugal), Carlos Alemany, and mainly operates in the retail, technology and industry sectors. Based in Warsaw and first established in 1999 as a selection business, Central Executive Placement was transformed in 2010 by Krzysztof Chętkowski into a recruiting firm specializing in senior executive search in the CEE region to serve international clients in financial services and insurance, real estate, retail & consumer, technology, media, telecom, energy and industrial sectors. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, EXEC – Executive Performance was originally founded in 2009 by Rodrigo Foz Forte and Carlos Eduardo Altona. It is a boutique firm, specialized in retained executive search and human and organizational consultancy. Hobson Leavy is an executive search firm that focuses on CEO and executive-level and non-executive director appointments across all sectors in New Zealand. Hobson Leavy has successfully completed searches in sectors from agriculture to wealth management. Founded in 1989, with offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Beirut, Lebanon, Rasd offers executive search in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf.
