Adicio Launches MatchCast

November 12, 2009 – Adicio Inc., a provider of interactive classified advertising software solutions for media companies, has launched its new performance-based matching tool, MatchCast. This new tool automatically matches relevant candidates to advertiser job listings. MatchCast leverages Adicio’s search technology using criteria such as the job’s title, description and requirements, to pinpoint relevant candidates based on their resume qualifications within client candidate databases. “We’ve found that employers and recruiters are willing to pay more for candidates who are most relevant and show an interest in a specific job opportunity, since it saves them valuable time and resources,” said Deep Menon, vice president of products at Adicio. “By automating the matching process, our clients can provide a better service to their advertisers and site visitors, giving them increased advertiser satisfaction and retention while providing them with a new revenue opportunity.”
