Addison Group Acquires CVPartners

September 9, 2014 – Addison Group, a provider of professional recruiting services, has acquired CVPartners, Inc., a recruiting firm with offices in the San Francisco and Seattle markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CVPartners delivers contract and executive search services to companies across the finance and accounting, information technology and human resources job functions. “We are thrilled to combine forces with CVPartners and excited about the opportunity to expand our finance and accounting, IT and HR practices into the West Coast,” said Thomas Moran, CEO of Addison Group. “CVPartners’ business model, philosophy and procedures are in line with our vision, and we look forward to our future together.” CVPartners will continue to maintain its offices in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle and Bellevue. The company’s founders and team will retain their roles within the expanded organization.
