3P Consultants Names Principal Partner

February 5, 2012 – Executive search firm 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd has added Raju Kapoor as principal partner. Mr. Kapoor has over 20 years of experience in the service industry, including 10 years in executive search. His experience includes start-ups and high growth organizations across telecom, capital markets and the ITES industry. Mr. Kapoor started his search career with 3P Consultants as a principal consultant and then worked with ABC Consultants as the national head of the IT practice and later in the firm’s search practice. He joined Ikya Human Capital Solutions as a partner in the executive search business and then progressed on to head the engineering, BFSI and consumer practices.
