October 9, 2020 – Chicago-headquartered 20/20 Foresight Executive Search has expanded with the addition of Merritt Canfield as managing director. She will help to expand the firm’s service specialties, bringing a focus on searches in the healthcare and rail industries.

Ms. Canfield brings more than 20 years of executive search experience in placing C-suite leaders and executives across all functions to her new role. Her career spans more than 20 years of award-winning executive search experience including numerous C-suite placements in rail, Fortune 500, finance, sales and marketing, and healthcare. Previously, Ms. Canfield was with Edna A. Rice, Executive Recruiters, specialists in the rail and transportation industry. Before that, she served as director of healthcare executive search with OSG Global.
