20/20 Foresight Appoints Regional President
April 22, 2026 – 20/20 Foresight Executive Talent Solutions has expanded with the addition of Anna Souers as regional president. “The appointment of Anna Souers illustrates exactly what 20/20 has been doing for years: identifying progressive, forward-thinking search consultants and positioning them as leaders within our ever-growing platform and the evolving landscape of the search business,” said Robert Peck, president of 20/20 Foresight. “Anna’s business will be further strengthened by our continued investment in marketing, technology, and AI. Based in Washington, D.C., Ms. Souers brings more than 15 years of executive search experience, with deep expertise across RIAs, multi-family and single-family offices, private banks, trust companies, and asset managers. She is widely recognized for her consultative approach and consistent track record of successful, long-tenured placements.
In her new role with 20/20 Foresight, Ms. Souers will serve in a key leadership capacity within the firm’s financial services and wealth management practice, partnering with organizations nationwide to build high-performing leadership teams.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Ms. Souers served as director of financial services at International Search Consultants (ISC), where she spent nearly 11 years leading the firm’s financial services division, including building and managing a team of 15 recruiters and researchers.

Formerly known as 20/20 Foresight Executive Search, the firm last year rebranded to 20/20 Foresight Executive Talent Solutions. This name change represented the culmination of the firm’s evolution into a full-service, vertically integrated talent advisory firm. In 1994, 20/20 Foresight Executive Search was founded as a real estate-focused executive search firm. Over the last 30 years, it has grown to include 13 offices across the U.S.
Past Acquisition
Last year, 20/20 Foresight acquired Winter Street Search, a boutique retained executive search firm focused on the financial services sector. As part of the integration, Lisa DeConto and Scott Vierra, managing partners of Winter Street, have joined 20/20 Foresight as co-presidents of asset & wealth management. They bring decades of experience, strong industry relationships, and track record of representing premier asset and wealth management firms across both public and private markets.
