ZRG Partners Rebrands With New Logo and Website
June 17, 2015 – West Orange, NJ-based ZRG Partners, a firm focused on providing human capital services to key markets in the financial services, healthcare & life sciences, non-profit, industrial, technology, energy, private equity, board services, and education sectors, has rebranded itself and unveiled a newly redesigned website. The identity makeover comes on the heels of the firm’s capital raise with Northcreek Mezzanine that closed in February, which was structured to provide equity to continue growing the firm through strategic acquisitions and the hiring of executive recruiters. The branding effort coincides with ZRG Partners’ 15-year anniversary.
ZRG Partners has grown in several areas over the past several months, naming former Cook Associates CEO, Mary Kier, as managing director and launching a new cyber security and government / defense recruitment practice with the additions of search consultants Stephen Spagnuolo and Phoebe Henderson. The firm also opened a new office in Phoenix and named David Bruno as its managing director.
“Our clients have told us they value our data driven approach to hiring top talent around the world,” said Linda Larsen Getman, the firm’s VP of marketing. “Additionally, they appreciate a mid-sized firm with less client conflicts.” The firm’s new branding and website reflects qualities recognized during client feedback sessions: customer-focused, integrity, data driven and global, according to Ms. Getman. “These attributes drove our changes and have been fundamental to our success. The ZRG Partners logo is based on the core principles and values that govern our brand as a whole.” The campaign was completed in collaboration with Boston-based Backbone Media Inc.
ZRG Partners was named to Hunt Scanlon’s Top 50 recruiter ranking for the first time this year, recording $9 million in U.S. fees, a 45 percent revenue spike. It was one of the fastest growing search firms of it’s size on the rankings table in 2015. Globally, the firm grew by 29 percent, to $13 million. “The time is right to accelerate the pace of our growth,” said CEO Larry Hartmann. “We believe the best solution for clients is a mid-size global firm.”
Rodger Davis, a Northcreek managing partner, said that his focus as an investor is on growth companies with solid management teams with platforms that can scale and grow with capital infusion. “We felt ZRG’s data and analytics approach to hiring is disruptive” and will continue to drive growth. ZRG today has 23 consultants working from 11 worldwide offices.
