ZRG Partners Adds Three Managing Directors

May 12, 2010 – ZRG Partners Inc., a global provider of executive search and talent management solutions, has added three managing directors to its global team. Volker Napp joins the firm in Frankfurt, Germany. Previously, Mr. Volker, a mechanical engineer and business economist, ran Frankfurt search firm MGB. His expertise in search has focused on plastics, colors and pigments, fine chemicals, mechanical engineering. Mr. Volker will help service ZRG’s growing financial service practice in Frankfurt. Mark Coombs joins ZRG in Toronto as managing director. Mr. Coombs previously owned and operated his own boutique executive search firm, Coombs & Associates. He also worked for Korn/Ferry International as a managing director with a specialty practice focus in professional services, consumer/retail and industrial. John Blank joins the firm as managing director. Mr. Blank’s career focus in search has been in the hospital management, disease management, freestanding outpatient surgery centers and physician practice management group area. He will work out of the firm’s newly established branch office in Nashville. Prior to joining ZRG, Mr. Blank worked in the healthcare/life science practice of Stanton Chase as well as working for one of the largest hospital management organizations in the U.S. ZRG Partners provides human capital services to several key markets including financial services, health care and life sciences, technology, energy, and education.
