March 2, 2014 – ZRG Partners Inc., a global provider of executive search and talent management solutions, has acquired New Directions Search, a 30-year old retained search firm headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. New Directions Search has focused on providing senior level executive search to the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Led by CEO Dale Frank and president Nate Frank, the firm has completed hundreds of searches for board directors, CEOs, and middle management positions for a wide variety of clients across the sectors they serve. While the entire New Directions Search support staff will remain, ZRG said that three vice presidents will be joining, including Robert Wolgemuth, Richard Santarelli, and Tim Sezonov, who all bring long history in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, joining ZRG as a senior consultant will be Jesse Viars and Kyrsten Prosser as the head of manufacturing and industrial research.
