Yoh Grows Senior Team

September 6, 2013 – Yoh, a provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, has appointed Andy Roane as vice president of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). In his new role, Mr. Roane will drive the strategic direction and operational execution of Yoh’s RPO business, building on Yoh’s strength at sourcing and vetting elusive candidates for positions in industries ranging from information technology to health care. In addition, he will lead the expansion of both sales and delivery of Yoh’s RPO business in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Roane brings more than 15 years of human capital industry experience to the role, including six years as VP of operations for PeopleScout, where he led RPO engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
