Workforce Software Adds HR Leader to Staff

March 27, 2012 – WorkForce Software, a provider of workforce management solutions for organizations with complex labor policies and stringent compliance demands, has named Leslie Tarnacki as vice president of human resources. Ms. Tarnacki brings more than 16 years of executive level experience in the field of human resources to her new role, where she will be responsible for all major HR functions, including talent acquisition, human capital management, employee relations, organizational development and succession planning. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, Ms. Tarnacki led the HR operations of organizations such as New World Systems, Dorado Software, AiMetrix and Frontier Communications. She is a regular participant at numerous HR seminars and conferences and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
