Witt/Kieffer Adds to Boston Office

April 5, 2012 – Executive search firm Witt/Kieffer has added Lisa J. Flavin to its Boston office. Ms. Flavin brings more than 15 years of executive search experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical and research and development industries. She engages in CEO and other senior executive searches for life sciences organizations, academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Ms. Flavin was an executive recruiter in the life sciences practice of Spencer Stuart, where she conducted recruiting assignments for general management, research and development and commercial positions. She identified CEOs and other senior level executives on behalf of pharmaceutical, biotech and device companies including research centers of excellence in Asia, Europe and North America. Witt/Kieffer assists colleges, universities, national educational associations, foundations, cultural organizations, human service and advocacy organizations, private secondary schools and other not-for-profit organizations with senior administrative recruiting assignments.
