Witt/Kieffer Adds Consultant in NY

June 13, 2012 – Executive search firm Witt/Kieffer has added Monica Burton as a new consultant in its New York office. Ms. Burton brings 15 years of executive search experience to the firm with expertise in human resources, financial officers and general management across diverse industries including healthcare, not-for-profit and insurance. She has led searches for chief human resources officers, chief learning officers and heads of compensation and benefits assignments, as well as those in talent, leadership and organization effectiveness. Most recently, Ms. Burton was president of Burton Moyar Executive Search, LLC, a Manhattan-based executive search firm. She also served as a client partner of Korn/Ferry International’s New York office and conducted CEO/president searches and worked across functional areas including CFOs, CMOs, CIOs and other senior-level roles, while developing a specialty practice in human resources. Witt/Kieffer assists colleges, universities, national educational associations, foundations, cultural organizations, human service and advocacy organizations, private secondary schools and other not-for-profit organizations with senior administrative recruiting assignments.
