Wilton & Bain Expands Interim Management Business

October 2, 2026 – Global executive search and interim leadership firm Wilton & Bain has named Oliver Bentley as partner within its interim management business. He will focus on senior interim appointments across consumer markets in business transformation, technology and digital.

He works with CEOs and investors to find leaders who can take charge at critical moments of business growth, particularly through mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he worked in value creation and transformation advisory at New Street Consulting Group, partnering with leaders and investors across consumer and FMCG.

At Wilton & Bain, Mr. Bentley will support consumer and FMCG clients with C-suite and interim appointments. His practice will serve large corporates and private equity-backed businesses that need experienced leaders to deliver change while keeping the business performing.

Ms. Paramo is particularly well connected within the CHRO and chief people officer community.
