Wilton & Bain Appoints Head of HR Practice

December 12, 2013 – Global search firm Wilton & Bain has added Julian Wolfinden as a new partner to lead its human resources practice. Mr. Wolfinden works with clients across all industry sectors to hire board level HR executives, heads of function and senior leaders across the HR spectrum, including talent, reward, strategy and resourcing. He previously established and led the EMEA consumer and commercial financial services practice for Heidrick & Struggles with a functional focus on human resources. His executive search career spans 13 years, with a track record of delivering board and C-level mandates internationally with corporates, PE-backed businesses, start-ups and corporate ventures.
