Wealth Management Search Firm Super Recruiters Elects Chair
September 24, 2020 – Wealth management-focused executive search firm Super Recruiters has named Cathy Doyle as chair. She was brought in to advise Super Recruiters’ knowledge and consulting work that assisted human resources leaders of wealth managers and super funds refine their recruiting and people management.

Ms. Doyle has over 25 years of experience in executive people and business roles across a range of industries and regions. She has proven skills in culture change and business transformation as well as skills in talent management and succession in people dependent industries such as funds management. She has a passion for advising and leading teams and supporting boards and CEO’s in aligning people and business goals to deliver for clients and shareholders.
Ms. Doyle most recently served as group executive chief human resources officer for Rabobank. She had previously held senior leadership roles in HR for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, BNP Paribas and Perpetual. She also held board governance roles and was a former director for the International Women’s Forum Australia (where she was a founding board and membership director), Odyssey House McGrath Foundation and Mason Stevens.
Helping HR Leaders
Ms. Doyle told MoneyManagement that she looked forward to helping the HR leaders of wealth managers and super funds better position their organizations in the current and post-COVID world.
