Warren Partners Hires Former CTPartners Recruiter

December 13, 2015 – Former CTPartners recruiter Laurence Vallaeys has joined executive search firm Warren Partners as a director where she will augment the firm’s capability in senior executive and non-executive recruitment in the FMCG, retail and leisure sectors.

Ms. Vallaeys’s track record spans both executive and non-executive placements including chairs and CEOs. She has more than 20 years of experience in assisting board and divisional boards to identify and recruit senior U.K. and international leadership talent. During her career, she has worked with global organizations to place senior executives in country P&L roles and European VP positions as well as executives spanning strategy, commercial, marketing, digital, multi-channel and business development disciplines.

Her last position was with CTPartners, where she was a partner in the firm’s global consumer, retail and hospitality practices. In 2002 she set up the European consumer and leisure practice at Odgers Berndtson where she led the practice for seven years, before launching a CMO practice at a boutique search firm. Earlier in her career she also gained experience with Korn Ferry.
