Waldron Names VP of Organization and Leadership Development
August 21, 2014 – Social sector focused executive search firm Waldron has added Nancy Winship as vice president of organization and leadership development. She brings over 30 years of experience designing and implementing leadership and organization development systems, with an emphasis on aligning programs with strategic change initiatives. Prior to establishing an independent practice, Ms. Winship worked for Microsoft in its Leadership Development Group where she consulted with, coached, and trained senior executives and high-potential emerging leaders. As the leader of Waldron’s organization and leadership development practice area, Ms. Winship will focus on sustaining the firm’s capacity for growth, and leading Waldron’s team of executive coaches and organization development consultants. “Nancy has an outstanding background and high alignment with our service culture.
