Veteran Executive Recruiter Joins The Partnership, Inc. as COO

May 6, 2014 – The Partnership, Inc. has appointed Maureen Alphonse-Charles as its new senior vice president and chief operating officer. A longtime business and civic leader in Boston, Ms. Alphonse-Charles brings more than 25 years of experience as an executive search recruiter, sales and marketing executive, financial services director and academic affairs director to The Partnership. She joins from City Year, where she was vice president of executive acquisition. Ms. Alphonse-Charles formerly served as managing director at Horton International, LLC, where she worked to build the firm’s financial services and philanthropic practices. Prior to that, she was partner and co-head of the diversity practice at Whitehead Mann Pendelton James, where she recruited senior management and board-level executives.
