Vadarmoss Integrates Bond Software

December 8, 2011 – Vadarmoss has automated its recruitment process and enhanced its invoice management via the integration of online recruitment system Bond Adapt from Bond International Software and Drag&Tag, a suite of efficiency and knowledge add-ins for the browser and office. Vadarmoss is an executive staffing solutions firm specialising recruitment across the across the management, sales, business development, marketing, account management and HR disciplines. The integration of recruitment process software, Bond Adapt, has allowed Vadarmoss' consultants to dedicate more time to the core processes, such as sourcing and interviewing candidates. Gary Williams, Vadarmoss' operations director, said: “We can now upload more CVs and add a greater depth of candidate information faster than was previously possible, enhacing our staffing solutions, and allowing our consultants to continually build and update the talent pool, which currently holds around 20,000 candidates.”
