UPMO Adds Former Taleo Exec to Staff

August 31, 2012 – UpMo, a provider of social talent management, has added Robert Tsao to its executive team as vice president of strategy and business development. Mr. Tsao will be responsible for leading corporate strategy and establishing a partner ecosystem that helps UpMo users increase their value and internal mobility.
