Tyler & Company Expands Search Staff

May 9, 2014 – Executive search firm Tyler & Company has named Olivier J. Van Dierdonck as a vice president. Mr. Van Dierdoncke offers more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, where he has held operational positions with rural and urban hospital systems and national physician practice management organizations (PhyCor and MedPartners). He concentrates his executive recruitment work on board, physician leadership, senior management and functional leadership positions for both hospitals and physician groups. Mr. Van Dierdonck will also chair Tyler & Company’s physician executive and medical group leadership practice. Prior to joining Tyler & Company, he served as director of recruitment for Southwind, a division of the Advisory Board Company. In this role he was charged with recruiting executives who specialized in hospital and physician alignment, clinical integration networks and value-based care development. Prior to that, he was an associate principal in the hospital, systems and services sector of Heidrick & Struggles’ global healthcare practice.
