Tyler & Company Assisting PRISM Vision Group in CHRO Search

May 14, 2021 – With the coronavirus crisis continuing to disrupt the world economy, HR leaders are stepping up at businesses across the country, playing a vital role in helping organizations navigate what is looking to be an even greater challenge than the Great Recession. Atlanta-based executive recruitment firm Tyler & Company was recently called in by PRISM Vision Group in New Providence, NJ,  to lead in its search for a new chief human resources officer. Senior executive recruiter Wendy Siegel is leading the assignment.

According to the search firm, the CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, foreseeing rapid growth, specifically in the areas of change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, succession planning and talent management. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years as a progressive functional leader role developing HR strategies and implementing policies and procedures in a startup multi-site environment. Healthcare and integration experience highly preferred as well as experience in physician practice integration.

They should have experience in designing/developing/directing HR organization within a complex and rapidly changing environment. Candidates must also have knowledge of human resources laws, concepts, strategies, and management skills relevant for a global health organization. Expertise and demonstrated commitment to workplace diversity, inclusion and equity is essential.
