October 30, 2023 – Karin Andersson of global talent provider True has assisted in the recruitment of Tatiana Brandt as the new CEO for NODA Intelligence Systems in Sweden. Former CEO and founder, Christian Johansson, takes on the role of chief strategy officer and remains a board member and largest shareholder in the company. “NODA is in a very exciting phase and I see an extremely strong drive in the company’s business,” said Mr. Johansson. “For me, it is a natural development of the company to now take this step. I look forward to welcoming Tatiana to NODA and working together with the international scale-up of our business.”
“I welcome Tatiana to NODA,” said Håkan Eriksson, chairman of the board of NODA. “Her energy, personality and experience are exactly what we have been looking for. Now NODA is financed and properly staffed for its continued expansion. Christian as founder is involved in a new role, which means that the company gets even more power.”
Ms. Brandt brings almost 20 years of experience in international experience in innovation, technology, product development and leadership. She has held senior positions in a number of start-ups. Ms. Brandt has a deep understanding of what digital transformation means in the energy sector and industry. Prior to that, Ms. Brandt was responsible for growth and transformation at Schlumberger and Microsoft.
“NODA really has a clear vision for its innovative and leading AI software,” said Ms. Brandt. “The advanced energy optimization solution enables customers and partners to accelerate the digitalization of energy systems and solve one of our biggest global challenges ahead of us. I am really looking forward to joining the team and leading NODA’s growth.”
NODA has been one of the energy and real estate industry’s leading innovators in thermal AI for almost 20 years. NODA is currently active in Europe, North America and Asia, and is now expanding in a global market financed through increased business, green loans and capital from existing investors.
