True Continues Expansion

June 27, 2013 – Executive recruiting firm True has expanded with the additions of Todd Zangrillo, Eoin O'Neill and Fletcher Schottland as partners. Established in 2012, True has grown from its four founders to more than 20 search professionals across Philadelphia, New York, Boston and Silicon Valley. Mr. Zangrillo joined True from eBay's enterprise commerce technology organization, where he served as the human resources business partner. Before that, he founded Barlow Group, an executive search firm specializing in designing and building leadership teams for the technology industry. Mr. O'Neill will focus on helping up-and-coming companies looking for engineering talent and executive-level positions using his extensive industry contacts. He joins True from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a member of the firm's technology and venture capital practice. He became part of the team at Heidrick through its acquisition of IronHill Partners, where he started his career in executive search. Mr. Schottland has over 15 years of executive search experience in the technology industry, primarily in the areas of digital and social media, ecommerce, consumer internet, SaaS and adtech.
