TRANSEARCH Opens Office in Columbia

February 27, 2012 – TRANSEARCH International has opened a new office in Bogota, Colombia and named Alejandro Rivas as its office head. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Mr. Rivas worked with Mattel Toys as general manager Colombia, starting up the subsidiary. Rosa Maria Herrera and Juan Antonio Bustillo become senior client partners in the Bogota Office. Ms. Herrera has over 30 years’ experience in executive search, handling recruiting assignments in a number of industries within Venezuela, Colombia and other countries. Mr. Bustillo specializes in board level assignments with specific focus on family owned companies: in their dynamics, transitions, and development of family protocols.
