TRANSEARCH Expands Staff

May 6, 2010 – TRANSEARCH International has added Sangeeta Lal, Kari Engelbarth, Lars Tegelberg, Thomas Hellmann and Sven-Uwe Hess to its New Delhi, Helsinki, Gothenburg and Frankfurt offices. Ms. Lal is a senior partner in the firm’s New Delhi office and a member of its industrial practice. She was previously a client partner with Korn/Ferry International and spent seven years in its industrial and life sciences practice. Mr. Engelbarth is a partner in the firm’s Helsinki office. He was previously with Mercuri Urval as a consultant where he was appointed COO for the Baltic countries, managing the Mercuri Urval offices in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius in 2004, and in 2007 he worked at Mercuri in its Singapore office. Mr. Tegelberg is based in the firm’s Gothenburg office and has extensive leadership experience from different management roles in international companies including Capgemini and the Saab Group. He specializes in IT & telco and professional services. Mr. Hellmann manages the firm’s Frankfurt office and has 19 years’ experience in executive search with a focus on positions in sales & marketing, engineering, construction, supply chain management, HR management and general management. He specializes in industry, automotive, resources, energy & infrastructure and supply chain management. Mr. Hess has more than 15 years experience in executive search and specializes in industry, mechanical engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering and professional services.
