TRANSEARCH Establishes Miami Presence

October 6, 2009 – TRANSEARCH International has opened a new office in Miami. The new office is an established, independently owned executive search firm focusing on high-level executive management positions in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America markets. The business was originally founded to serve the telecommunications and technology industries, which represents 75 to 80 percent of its clients; the firm now has acquired expertise in real state & construction, energy & biotechnology, business & consulting services, education & non-profit, and consumer goods. Luisa Guzman originally launched the firm in 1998 and is the office’s principal consultant. “The USA remains a crucial market for us and we realize the importance of cooperation between the U.S. and Latin America,” said Alain Tanugi, chairman of TRANSEARCH International. “Luisa and her team is thus an important link in the chain and I welcome them with great enthusiasm!” Previously, Ms. Guzman held various roles as the VP of sales and HR for Miami-based Latin America telecommunications companies, including Americatel Corporation and Texcom, S.A.
