TillmanCarlson Adds New Partner

January 13, 2014 – Chicago-based executive search firm TillmanCarlson has added Tom Snyder as an equal owner and partner. He joins Rob Tillman and Kelly Carlson and the firm’s new name will be Tillman|Carlson|Snyder. Mr. Snyder most recently served as a senior consultant and member of Spencer Stuart’s North American board & CEO recruiting practice where he completed more than 75 CEO assignments, 65 division president/COO assignments, and over 100 board assignments. He was also a member of the firm's consumer goods & services and private equity practices, and during the last 19 years with the firm led the Chicago office and the Midwest region.
