The RightThing Expands with Latin America Office

July 22, 2010 – Global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider The RightThing has announced plans to open a global recruitment operations center in Buenos Aires. The center will support the direct needs of The RightThing's Latin American clients as well as other parts of the world and focus on the recruitment of hard-to-fill, exempt hires. “As talent acquisition needs become increasingly globalized, the addition of a Latin American presence will strengthen The RightThing's core competency in recruiting as we continue to expand our current client base and compete on a global level,” said Terry Terhark, CEO of The RightThing. The new center will focus on engaging world class global recruiting strategies in areas such as IT, engineering, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and corporate functions, aggressively recruiting top candidates. With plans to grow quickly for the remainder of 2010, the facility will house around 40 senior level recruiters by year end.
