The McCormick Group Recruits General Counsel for the Postal Regulatory Commission

April 4, 2014 – Executive search firm The McCormick Group has placed David A. Trissell as the new general counsel of the Postal Regulatory Commission. Mr. Trissell spent over 18 years in various roles at FEMA, including seven years as chief counsel where he led a team of more than 130 attorneys and staff in all of the agency’s legal support activities. The Postal Regulatory Commission is an independent federal agency that provides regulatory oversight over the U.S. Postal Service.
