The Jacobson Group Names Engagement Directors

May 8, 2014 – The Jacobson Group has promoted Gaelle Pritchard and Joyce Dunn to the roles of vice president / engagement directors. Ms. Pritchard is focused on leading efforts to build Jacobson’s executive search practice internationally. She began as an engagement director with Jacobson, then ejsSearch, in 2005. Ms. Pritchard will continue to handle executive and non-executive searches for Jacobson. Located in the firm’s U.K. office, she will focus on consulting with clients from all sectors of the re/insurance industry throughout the London, U.K. and broader European markets. In her role, Ms. Dunn is focused on leading efforts to build Jacobson’s executive search practice. She joined Jacobson in 2009 as an engagement director and will continue consulting with clients to better understand their position requirements, company culture and desired candidate qualities in order to successfully fulfill their executive-level searches.
