The Human Capital Group Acquires Human Capital Initiative

June 19, 2012 – Brentwood, TN-based The Human Capital Group, Inc. has acquired The Human Capital Initiative, LLC (HCI), an Atlanta-based human resources and leadership consulting firm. Steve Hayes, founder and senior partner of The Human Capital Group, discovered not only a similarity in names between the two companies but a common foundation and commitment to identifying and developing leaders. He approached Ed Chaffin, founder and president of HCI, about the possibilities of partnering together in early 2012.
