The Energists Fills Senior Position with Al-Rashed Group

May 21, 2025 – Houston-based The Energists has helped Al-Rashed Group to recruit Andy Hendry to the role of managing director of the Oil & Gas Business, a cornerstone division within one of Kuwait’s most well-established diversified private enterprises. The search team comprised Jonathan Hill, Jerry D. Mr. Hendry is a proven leader in the global oilfield services and drilling sector, having held executive leadership roles at Schlumberger, Smith International, KCA Deutag, and most recently as executive vice president at TAQA in Saudi Arabia. He has scaled complex businesses across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Europe, earning a reputation for achieving results by building high-performing teams and leading with clarity. Both strategist and operator, Mr. Hendry brings expertise in drilling, integration, and commercial transformation.
